My work is shaped by two environments I have been very close to for over 30 years : elite sports and the creative world (music and the arts).

They might look different on the surface but they both come with constant pressure, high expectations and the need to show up and perform again and again.

What they taught me is that dealing with pressure is not something you either have or do not have. It is built. Slowly. Through repetition, discipline and the ability to stay focused when things get difficult.

In highly competitive environments, one things stands out more than anything else : HUNGER.

Sometimes, it comes from survival, that feeling of there being no other option. Other times, it comes from identity, a quiet but very strong sense of « this is what I am born to do ».

My coaching focuses on that second part : Identity work.

I use simple and intentional questions that are meant to shift perspectives for the athlete : turning challenges into learning, learning into clarity, clarity into purpose and purpose into action.

The way I work is structured but very human based. It is always connected to what the athlete is actually trying to achieve.

I tend to be be methodical with it because I have seen what happens when young athletes spend too much time trying to please everyone else’s expectations. At some point, it stops working. Long-term success will come if they start finding their own answers and building something internal that they can always rely on : clarity, direction and focus.

I also support athletes through the more difficult phases when motivation drops. When fatigue builds up. When doubts start taking over. That is usually where the real difference is made.

I work with the idea that what happens doesn’t t carry a fixed meaning. Meaning is always something we assign. So the goal is to shift from « this happens to me » to « this happens for me » and turn pressure or setbacks into something useful rather than something blocking.

My approach is shaped by personal periods of struggle and rebuilding. Those experiences gave me a very grounded understanding of resilience, not as a concept, but as something lived, tested and adjusted over time.

I work with people who want to raise their level not only in performance but in how they handle themselves when things get difficult.

I bring clarity, presence, honesty and meaning into my work. I don’t rely on shortcuts or quick motivation. Those never last.

Challenges are part of the process, not something to avoid. That is where capacity is built and standards are set.

My role is to help athletes build that standard for themselves and learn to lean on it when it matters.

I am French and speak both French and English.

I am certified by the Sofia Manning School and the International Coaching Federation (ICF Level 2), and trained in professional coaching methods.
